to lead our human resources function across retail and hospitality.

About The Role

• Position: HR Manager
• Reports to: CEO
• Number of Vacancies: 1 (One)
• Location: Nepal (Open to Indian nationals with relevant experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations across multi-brand retail stores and HARD ROCK CAFÉ Nepal
• Ensure full compliance with Nepal Labour Law and internal company policies
• Drive strategic recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition initiatives
• Oversee performance management systems, employee engagement, and career development programs
• Design and implement reward and recognition frameworks aligned with business goals
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational development and workforce planning
• Foster a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
