As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Marketing Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the marketing strategy and master activation calendar for Kenya and East Africa, aligning localized campaigns with commercial goals while managing country budgets to ensure maximum ROI and cost efficiency.
• Provide hands-on marketing support to Country Heads and Business Development teams across East Africa, adapting successful Kenyan campaign models and prioritizing regional requests based on commercial impact.
• Partner with Market Analysts to plan, promote, and execute seminars, webinars, live trading workshops, and industry events that serve as primary drivers for client acquisition, account activation, and ongoing retention.
• Identify, negotiate, and execute strategic partnerships with local financial educators, key opinion leaders (KOLs), trading communities, and Introducing Brokers (IBs) to expand brand reach and market share.
• Design and launch localized promotional campaigns tailored to regional trading behavior, coordinating with HQ CRM, BI, and implementation teams to manage execution and evaluate commercial uptake.
• Track offline campaign impact on core business metrics (FTDs, deposits, active traders), acting as the primary liaison between local commercial teams and central HQ functions (Compliance, Content, Finance, CRM). Requirements
• 6+ years of progressive marketing experience, with proven commercial or growth marketing leadership in Kenya and East Africa.
• Prior experience in Financial Services, Online Trading (FX/CFDs), Fintech, or high-growth digital consumer industries.
• Demonstrated track record of planning and executing large-scale physical events, educational roadshows, and local partnership/affiliate campaigns.
• Deep knowledge of East African consumer behavior, local media channels, payment preferences, and trading culture.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to tie marketing activities directly to business metrics (FTDs, trading volume, retention, ROI).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills to effectively navigate matrix organizations and bridge local teams with remote HQ functions.
• Fluency in English (Swahili proficiency is a strong advantage). Resumes must be submitted in English. Applicants must be eligible or have legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based. Benefits
