As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for... End User Engagement Driving user connect programs through effective planning, execution, and PJPs for the field marketing team, ensuring comprehensive user coverage. Building strong user relationships while leading loyalty program implementation and feedback collection. Market Development Plan & Initiatives Driving Market Development Plans through product demos, trials, and marketing tools to achieve objectives. Sharing key observations and insights on user applications, products used, and gaps identified to leverage opportunities. Monitoring competitor activities and identifying opportunities to expand penetration of our products. Product Module Implementation Driving execution of modules for new products and products under launch. Implementing field marketing plans through executives, in line with guidelines, and reviewing the same for improvement. Insights & Feedback Delivering timely and actionable feedback on initiatives, competitor pricing, promotions, and activities. Systematically collecting and sharing feedback from user connect programs to support decision-making. People Management Facilitating induction, training, and refresher sessions for field marketing executives. Reviewing performance against KPIs and jointly working with Area Sales Managers, Category Managers, and Business Heads. Ways of Working Conducting Field Market reviews as per established processes. Experience:
7+ years in Sales, Field Marketing, Business Development roles. Preferred experience in Adhesive & Sealants, Hardware, Building Material, Paint, Construction Chemicals, Speciality Chemicals. Must have experience in leading field executives. Candidate should have high levels of maturity to manage different stakeholders, entrepreneurial ability.
