• Proficiency in audio/video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Audition, etc.)
• Portfolio of previous work
• Attention to detail and quality
• Experience with broadcast-quality standards
• Creative problem-solving skills General Requirements (All Positions)

• Baptized and practicing Seventh-day Adventist
•
• Deep understanding of SDA doctrines
•
• Experience in church administration
•
• Proficiency in Kikuyu is mandatory
•
• Willingness to work flexible hours (including non-standard broadcasting hours)

• Strong communication skills
