We are an IoT company specializing in smart farming and maritime IoT in partnership with key stakeholders in the respective industry. We're looking for a mechanical engineer to own everything that goes around the electronics: enclosures, mounting systems, and production-ready parts. Roles
- Design plastic and sheet-metal enclosures for our IoT devices as per the provided technical design specifications and guide documents
- Create 3D models and technical drawings from provided technical specifications for CNC machining, injection moulding, and 3D printing
- Define tolerances, fits, and assembly methods for small-run and mass production
- Collaborate directly with our electronics engineers to ensure electronic and mechanical components work together as expected
- Manage design iterations from prototype to manufacturing release Requirements
- We encourage recent graduates to apply
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or equivalent CAD tool
- Solid understanding of DFM (Design for Manufacturability) for plastics and metals
- Experience with IP-rated enclosure design is a plus
