JOB SUMMARY

QualificationsMinimum 5 years previous luxury/upscale experience in a related fieldFlexible with the ability to sustain a high level of productivity and efficiency at all timesDegree/diploma in hotel management from a reputable institutionDisplay strong analytical, organizational, problem solving administrative skillsAbility to adapt to change quickly and strong-multi-taskingClear work knowledge of budget planning and executionProven team leader with outstanding motivational skills and coaching abilityExceptional interpersonal and guest relation skills, who is hands on and is system knowledgeableAbility to motivate developing leaders to act as entreprenurs while implementing innovation,profit driven, guest satisfatcion oriented solutions

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Lodge Manager in the overall management and strategic direction of the hotelAssist in the preparation of the annual operations plan and achieve the profit of the hotelEnsure consistent implementation for the delivery of the Fairmont Service Culture and StandardsCreate an employee value proposition that ensures a motivated and engaged workforceInvolved in the recruitment process of leadership positionsEnsure full compliance of hotel operating controlsHandling guest concerns and feedback to ensure effective follow upEnsure timely awareness of the hotel's business continuity, emergency and crisis management plansAssist heartists planning and the maintenance of productivity levels
