Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Security and Guest Relations Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only ensure the safety and security of our guests and staff but will also assist in various duties such as office administration, breakfast service, and enhancing passenger relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Security:

Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property during balloon rides and while on the ground. Conduct thorough security checks before and after each flight. Implement and maintain security protocols and procedures.

Guest Relations:

Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. Assist guests with boarding and disembarking from the hot air balloon. Address any guest inquiries, concerns, or special requests promptly and professionally.

Office Assistance:

Assist with office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and handling reservations. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the office area. Assist with administrative duties as assigned by management.

Breakfast Service:

Assist in preparing and serving breakfast for guests before or after their hot air balloon ride. Ensure that breakfast service meets company standards for quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the breakfast area. Any other duties assigned in relation to the role by a person of authority

Requirements:

Previous experience in security or guest relations roles preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Physically fit and able to perform duties such as boarding and disembarking from the hot air balloon. Knowledge of office administration tasks. Hospitality experience and familiarity with the Masai Mara region are advantageous. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
