Summary
The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities to drive revenue growth and enhance the overall success of our hotel.
Responsibilities:
Market Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for business expansion.
Analyze customer feedback and industry data to make informed decisions about new business strategies.
Business Planning:
Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Collaborate with senior management to set realistic and achievable business development goals.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key stakeholders.
Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize occupancy rates.
Promotional Activities:
Plan and execute promotional activities to increase the hotel's visibility and attract new customers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
Negotiation and Contracts:
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the hotel.
Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Customer Relationship Management:
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with existing clients.
Address customer concerns and feedback promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to business strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development within the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of hotel operations, services, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
