Qualifications

At least college Diploma in a relevant field.
2 years’ proven experience as inventory supervisor in LPG industry.
Good command in spoken and written English and Kiswahili.
Certificate of Good Conduct is mandatory.
Computer literacy.

Job role
The position is available all across KENYA.

Ensure cylinders are handled carefully and all staff follow procedures at the location.
Conducted accurate daily stock counts of all items in the containers.
Oversee all staff members' adherence to standard operating procedures while at the container and raise any non-conformities to the respective Head of Department in real-time.
Ensure all staff report on time and return on time as per company policies.
Conduct a weekly audit of the container focusing on premises, cleanliness, asset, and stock-related matters.
Conduct a weekly assets audit to ensure all accessories are in place, the asset’s general state is acceptable, and no abnormalities are sighted.
Report any security breaches in real-time.
Check the delivery asset before and after its market trip to ensure roadworthiness and general state and that no accidents occurred during the day or lost accessories.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the container and the container's surrounding area.
Any other duty will be assigned to you by the section head.
