Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Audit

Maintain database connectivity and server availability for ACL.
Use ACL for data extraction, transformation, and audit reporting.
Validate data accuracy and integrity.
Analyze data across systems for trends and anomalies.
Conduct audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
Create HighBond triggers and Robots for continuous monitoring
Develop ACL scripts for efficient data processing.
Integrate ACL with other systems and databases.
Document audit findings and present insights to stakeholders.
Ensure effective SMTP notifications for user communication.

Reporting

Report to the internal audit manager and group internal auditor on a day-to-day basis

General

 Development of an effective working relationship with auditees
Train and coach new staff and other IA staff members on ACL and Highbond as needed.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties, special assignments, and investigations as assigned by the Audit Manager in consultation with the Group Internal Auditor

Requirements

KEY SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION

Qualifications required:

Minimum academic qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or Equivalent
Qualifications as an added advantage:  CPA (K) /ACCA/ ACA, ACDA certification, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) as an added advantage 

Experience required:

General work experience (years): 5 Years
Specific to the position (level/discipline/years): 2 Years
Industry: Manufacturing/FMCG
