Rather, we aim to help create the infrastructure - the living and working spaces, communities, schools and hospitals - that will help sustain and accelerate Africa’s economic growth, meet the aspirations of Africa’s burgeoning middle classes, and serve as a catalyst for further urban development.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieving and exceeding sales targets, consistently providing detailed reports on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback to enable informed decision-making and refine strategies.
Identifying potential buyers or lessees within the Kenyan-Indian community or targeting Kenyan-Indian businesses, engaging with clients to understand their specific real estate needs, preferences, and investment goals.
Collaborating with the marketing department to prepare targeted strategies that attract Kenyan-Indian investors or businesses, leveraging Indian language media or platforms for effective engagement.
Negotiating terms and conditions for property sales or leases, and overseeing the closing process to ensure full compliance with legal and financial requirements.
Conducting thorough market research to grasp trends within the Kenyan-Indian -origin community and strategically positioning Tatu City to maximize market appeal.
Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with Kenyan-Indian -origin clients, comprehensively supporting their long-term investment objectives throughout every phase of the transaction.
Establishing partnerships with Islamic-compliant banks and implementing Sharia law-aligned legal frameworks to enhance the attractiveness and accessibility of Tatu City’s offerings to Kenyan-Indian investors and buyers.
Maintaining records of client information and sales activities within the CRM system.
Representing Tatu City at conferences, seminars, trade shows, and exhibitions to generate leads, gather industry insights, and enhance brand visibility.
Performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Hard skills and experience:
At least 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial sales or liaising with companies on real estate or business development matters;
Wide and strong network in the Kenyan-Indian business circles;
A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in sales, marketing, or business studies from a recognized institution would be an added advantage.
