Job Overview:

Participate in the development of marketing strategies for new and existing products.Participate in ALL monthly Marketing Activities.Ensuring clients are properly advised on various services and products to facilitate the approval of loans and reduce bad debts.Building relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure client retention and establish long-term trustworthy relations. (“People buy from People they Trust”).Ensure ALL loan applications meet quality standards i.e. ascertain that all requirements are met for every loan application before forwarding for approval.Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly, plans and reports as required.Ensuring loan disbursement and collection targets are met; attain approval on new loans.Monitoring client accounts and planning for the collection of arrears and repayments that are due.Overseeing office equipment maintenance and repair.Conduct all client engagements in a manner that ensures compliance with local laws, current microfinance regulations, and internal procedures.


Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in a Business-Related Course.

2. Experience of at least 1 year working in Microfinance.

3. Experience in Debt Collection.

4. Must be tech-savvy.

5. Excellent customer service skills

6. Excellent presentation skills

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

8. Excellent organizational skills
