JOB SUMMARY:
To carry out laundry services in accordance with Imara Hospital's defined policies, procedures, standards and strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collection of dirty linens and sorting.
Staking of stained linens.
Cleaning of the linen and machine operations.
Ironing of linens, dustcoats and patient's uniforms.
Issuing and refill of linen cabinets.
Keep and maintain records of all the laundry room consumables.
Clean, sanitize and maintain the laundry room in line with infection control standards.
Transport linen to different sections within the hospital.
Load and unload the machines during cycles.
Fold laundry items manually in line with requirements.
Adhere to infection prevention and control policies, procedures and best practise as per the hospital safety guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:

Certificate Housekeeping and Laundry Operations or any related fields from a recognize Institution.
6 months attachement / Internship experience.

Excellent customer service skills.
Good interpersonal Skills.
