Summary
The technical Sales Associate is a multifaceted role that encompasses various responsibilities within operations, logistics, training, sales, and marketing.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The associate will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient functioning of the company’s operations
Delivering training programs including retail, mason or artisan training.
Managing field data
Providing essential support to the sales and marketing teams while achieving his sales targets.
Managing the inventory notably stock levels
Co-ordinating on product supply and delivery
Customer service activities involving orders, follow-up and delivery.
Pitching for the product sales to the customer
QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred.
4+ years of experience in the sales for either construction and building materials, plumbing tools or ceramics.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in data management and analysis.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
Previous experience required
Previous experience in operations, logistics, training, or a similar role is an advantage.
