 Overview:
Peach Cars is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in executing offline marketing activities to enhance brand awareness, visibility, lead generation, and on-ground activations. Reporting to the Marketing Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing various marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive business growth and engage our target audience effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Offline Marketing Campaigns: Plan, coordinate, and execute offline marketing campaigns, including events, trade shows, roadshows, and activations to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Brand Visibility: Implement strategies to enhance brand visibility through outdoor advertising, signage, billboards, and other offline channels.
On-Ground Activations: Organize and manage on-ground activations, pop-up events, and experiential marketing activities to engage with potential customers and drive foot traffic to Peach Cars locations.
Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and establish partnerships with relevant organizations, influencers, and local businesses to expand brand reach and drive co-marketing opportunities.
Promotional Materials: Coordinate the production and distribution of promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, banners, and branded merchandise.
Event Management: Oversee all aspects of event management, including venue selection, logistics, vendor coordination, staffing, and post-event follow-up.
Lead Generation: Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies and initiatives to capture and nurture leads generated from offline marketing efforts.
Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets for offline activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking expenses to optimize ROI.
Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of offline marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to the Marketing Lead to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, creative, and operations, to ensure alignment and synergy in marketing efforts and objectives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Number of leads generated from offline marketing campaigns.
Increase in brand awareness and visibility metrics, including reach, impressions, and brand recall.
Attendance and engagement metrics for on-ground activations and events.
Conversion rates from offline marketing channels to sales or dealership visits.
Cost per lead and cost per acquisition for offline marketing activities.
Return on investment (ROI) for offline marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Feedback and satisfaction scores from customers and attendees of offline events.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Admin, or related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, event management, or related roles, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.
