RESPONSIBILITIES

Kakuzi PLC is looking to recruit qualified graduates as Management Trainees to strengthen the management teams in its Horticulture and Macadamia Divisions.The positions exist for the purpose of training and developing recent graduates with educational background in agricultural sciences to learn and understand our business and operation, with the intent to have qualified individuals available to fill progressively more responsible positions in future.The job holders will be involved in coordination and control of the production activities of the farm under the supervision of Divisional managers.The areas of responsibility will include management of employees and employee related issues, new crop establishment, irrigation, crop nutrition, crop husbandry, crop protection, post-harvest procedures, Integrated Pest Management and Avocado Packhouse operations.
