Salary: 30k-40k

Our client is an internet service provider looking to hire an Administrative Officer who will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our Internet Service Provider Company. This position requires an individual who is efficient, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a smooth workflow and optimal use of resources. Maintain office supply inventory and manage procurement as necessary. Documentation: Prepare, manage, and store company documents and contracts with accuracy and confidentiality. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements pertaining to documentation and data management. Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Manage correspondence and routing calls to the appropriate departments. Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and room bookings. Assist in planning and organizing company events and functions. Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and accurate information. Support the customer service team in resolving issues and maintaining high service standards. Billing and Accounting Support: Assist the finance department with invoicing, billing, and the tracking of payments. Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial documents. Technical Coordination: Liaise with the technical team to support the scheduling and deployment of field operations, including maintenance and installation appointments. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Proven 3 years experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Proficiency in MS Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems. Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
