LECTURER, GRADE 12 - REF: JKU/ADM/FST/8/24
All applicants must:

Possess a PhD in Food Science from an accredited and recognized institution of higher learning in the following areas of specialization; Food Microbiology/Food Biotechnology, Functional Foods Technology/Nutraceutical Foods Technology, Cereal Technology/Baking and Confectionary Technology or Meat Technology/Fruits and Vegetables Technology.
Possess MSc in Food Science/Food Technology, and a BSc in Food Science and Technology.
 Be registered or registerable with the relevant professional body (where applicable)

Applicants who possess the following additional qualifications will have an added advantage:

At least three (3) years teaching experience at the university level or at least three (3) years’ experience in research or industry
At least two (2) publications in refereed journals
