Responsibilities:
Manage one or more software applications, developing a deep technical understanding of its operation and become intermittently familiar with it
Develop a good understanding of how a modern software platform operates.
Successfully implement and maintain the software application, associated support processes and procedures to optimize efficiency
Compete in a fast-paced environment, multitasking effectively to meet strict deadlines
Support business and technical colleagues in identifying and prioritizing requested configuration changes, developing and managing the change back log
As appropriate, challenge change requests to ensure and maintain both the integrity and overall performance of the application
Develop a close working relationship with the application provider support and development teams
Work with internal product teams and technical leads to understand scope, timing and prioritization of product development activities that may impact the application
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Demonstrated experience (3-5 year’s) in various technical positions, ideally in a software development role
In-depth knowledge of information technology systems and applications
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
Familiarity with environmental and sustainability issues is a plus
