JOB SUMMARY
Position Overview: You will spearhead the comprehensive management of our event portfolio and provide key support on flight services, synergizing your expertise to deliver exceptional experiences to our customers. With a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a flair for innovation and creativity, you'll ensure that each event and flight booking exceeds expectations. Your role will entail orchestrating the growth and handling of flight bookings for both business and leisure purposes, while simultaneously taking charge of event planning, development, and execution, cementing Ticketsasa's reputation as a provider of unparalleled experiences.You'd be a fit with the Ticketsasa team if you have:A Client oriented mindset- You understand that our clients are at the heart of everything we do. In this role, you'll assemble and lead a team of verification agents, leveraging individual strengths to assign clear roles and responsibilities.Must Have Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.Possession of IATA diploma will be an added advantage.3 Years proven experience in event and flights operations management or related roles.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office SuiteExcellent knowledge of travelling software (computer reservations systems, Galileo by Travelport GDS systems and e-travel)If you're passionate about delivering exceptional events and possess the necessary skills and qualifications, we'd love to hear from you. RESPONSIBILITIES
Revenue GenerationActively scout and onboard new high-quality merchants while meticulously managing existing merchant listings on Ticketsasa, ensuring a diverse and appealing selection for our clientele.Create comprehensive and compelling proposals tailored to the specific needs and preferences of prospective clients, showcasing our capabilities and value proposition effectively.Conduct thorough research to identify target markets, industry trends, and competitor offerings, leveraging insights to refine sales strategies and maximize revenue opportunities.Analyze event metrics and performance data to assess event effectiveness and ROI, leveraging insights to inform future event strategies and enhancements.Customer Relationships and Account ManagementBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor for all their event needs.Proactively engage with customers to anticipate their evolving needs, identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and position Ticketsasa as their preferred partner for future event and flight experiences.Provide personalized assistance, address inquiries, resolve issues, and handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism, striving to deliver exceptional service at every touchpoint.Contribute innovative ideas for content creation across various platforms, enriching client engagement and enhancing brand visibility.Conduct thorough post-service debriefings and evaluations, soliciting feedback from clients, vendors, and attendees to identify successes and areas for improvement.Advising clients on travel arrangements, e.g. documents required, visas and passports and keeping clients up to date with any changes.Monitor online flight bookings from clients to ensure completion where necessary and provide real-time support.Events Planning & LogisticsEnsure smooth logistical arrangements, including transportation for the ticketing team and compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations.Manage all facets of event execution, from registration and attendee tracking to providing support during presentations and conducting post-event evaluations.Lead onsite event operations, proactively resolving any issues or challenges that may arise to ensure seamless execution.Oversee risk-management issues like crowd control and security and conducting pre-event recce.
