Position Overview:

Join our team as the primary manager for our event portfolio and flight services. Bring your expertise to create unforgettable experiences for our customers. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and innovative mindset will elevate every event and flight booking beyond expectations.


Your responsibilities include growing flight bookings for business and leisure while overseeing event planning and execution to establish Ticketsasa as a top-tier experience provider.



Qualifications:
- Customer-Centric Approach: Develop genuine connections and meet client needs effectively.
- Sales & Marketing Skills: Understand market dynamics and brand management.
- Collaboration: Work seamlessly in teams to realize creative ideas.
- Flexibility: Adapt quickly to changing event dynamics and challenges on-site.
- Leadership: Motivate and lead a team towards excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation: Scout new merchants, manage existing listings, and create tailored proposals for clients.
- Customer Relationships: Build strong connections, identify opportunities, and enhance service experiences.
- Content Development: Generate innovative content and engage clients across platforms.
- Events Planning: Ensure logistical arrangements, manage event execution, and handle risk management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- IATA diploma is an advantage.
- 3 years of experience in event and flight operations management.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Knowledge of relevant travel software and systems.
