Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Ten years of teaching experience.
Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting, preferably within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
In-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework, child development theories, and effective teaching methodologies.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and well-being.
