We’re looking for friendly, reliable and customer-focused individuals to be part of our hospitality team. You’ll play a key role in making sure guests feel welcome, comfortable and well taken care of during their stay or visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and assist guests in a warm and professional manner
  2. Ensure excellent customer service at all times
  3. Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints politely and efficiently
  4. Support daily operations depending on department (front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, etc.)
  5. Maintain cleanliness and organization in your area of work
  6. Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times

Requirements:

  1. Good communication and people skills
  2. A positive attitude and team spirit
  3. Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  4. Previous experience in hospitality is a plus but not required
  5. Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays
