Primary Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect incoming inventory at the warehouse following defined quality and quantity standards.
  • Allocate appropriate storage locations within the warehouse for inventory and update the system accordingly.
  • Coordinate inter-branch inventory transfers to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Monitor stock levels regularly, identifying and reporting low-stock items.
  • Ensure accuracy by reconciling physical inventory with system records and making any required adjustments.
  • Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Organize the warehouse layout for efficient operations.
  • Request managerial support when necessary to enhance warehouse operations.
  • Secure inventory and assets within the warehouse premises.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse environment.
  • Analyze stock holdings to advise management on appropriate stock management strategies.
  • Assist in generating management reports on Warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Undertake any other duties delegated by the immediate supervisor.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Mechanical, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Auto Parts Sales, warehouse management, inventory control, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Auto Parts.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer operations.
