About The Position

You'll be part of the wider local and global HR community, reporting directly to our People & Org Regional Director for AMEA.

You will have a large HR support system that will support you with expertise in payroll, recruitment, reward & benefits and talent management.

Key deliverables include shaping and owning the People Agenda to deliver the 2024 People plan across Talent, Organization, Skills, Capabilities, Performance, Labor Strategy and Culture.

Your role will be responsible for the implementation of HR programmes and strategies across our countries.

You will identify and analyze business and people issues making a difference to the performance and success of the region.

You demonstrate credibility by building strong relationships with the leadership team fast and the wider HR community.
A perfect mix between operations and strategy

So, what does it take to be successful in this role?

You have several years of experience as a HR Leader, you are familiar with the local labour law, have supported Supply Chain and Sales teams, people initiatives, have the ability to match business requirements with HR services.

You gained your experience in a fast-paced international environment and thanks to your great stakeholder management and interpersonal skills you feel comfortable juggling multiple topics in a matrix structure and cross-functional networks.

Effective organization is in your blood, you're hands-on and solution oriented. You have a strong ownership mindset and proactively taking initiative your focus is always on supporting people.
