JOB SUMMARY
General Position SummaryThe CCS Communications Manager is a dynamic individual who plays a crucial role in engaging with national and international partners. Responsibilities include staying updated on country developments, reporting on projects, creating communication materials, and ensuring stakeholders are informed about CCS programs. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, creative, and efficient, overseeing a Communications Officer in Sudan.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a comprehensive communications plan
- Create and distribute various content types
- Support partners in gathering content such as success stories and program coverage
- Produce internal newsletters
ACCOUNTABILITY
- Ensure accountability to beneficiaries and uphold international standards
- Supervise the Communications Officer in Sudan
- Adhere to security policies and procedures
- Report to the CCS Director and collaborate with various stakeholders
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong verbal and digital communication skills
- Proficiency in content development and editing
- Interpersonal communication expertise
- Knowledge of corporate communications
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree
