JOB SUMMARY

Optica Ltd is a leading Optical company dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients. We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated Fit Out/Renovation Project Coordinator to join our team and oversee branch maintenance projects with precision and efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Review Branch Maintenance Items:Conduct thorough reviews of branch maintenance items, including repairs and renovations required.Prioritize tasks based on urgency, safety concerns, and operational impact.Timely Completion of Works:Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and satisfactory completion of maintenance tasks.Monitor progress of ongoing projects and address any delays or obstacles promptly.Project Management:Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines.Coordinate resources effectively to optimize project efficiency and minimize downtime.Quality Assurance:Implement and enforce quality standards for all maintenance and renovation projects.Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards and regulatory requirements.Communication and Collaboration:Serve as the primary point of contact for all branch maintenance-related inquiries and issues.Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including branch managers, contractors, and suppliers, to facilitate smooth project execution.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of project activities, including expenses, timelines, and completion status.Prepare comprehensive reports for management review, highlighting project milestones, challenges, and successes.
