ABOUT THE COMPANY

An autonomous road agency, responsible for the management, development, rehabilitation and maintenance of international trunk roads linking centres of international importance and crossing international boundaries or terminating at international ports(Class A road), national trunk roads linking internationally important centres (Class B roads), and primarily roads linking provicially important centres to each other or two higher-classroads (Class C roads).

JOB SUMMARY

Job SpecificationsFor appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:The following qualifications from the Kenya National Examinations Council:Typewriting III (50 w.p.m.)/Computerized Document Processing IIIShorthand II (80 w.p.m.)Business English III/Communications IIOffice Practice IISecretarial Duties IICommerce IIOffice Management III/Office Administration and Management IIIOR Diploma/Higher Diploma in Secretarial Studies from the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;Membership from Kenya National Secretaries Association or any other recognized body.Proficiency in computer applications.Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution;
