With a growing young workforce in developing markets, traditional recruitment methods are no longer sustainable for big companies and small businesses. We aim to simplify recruitment processes and HR management.



Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee CCTV Africa's online platforms including the website, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and Google+.
- Exercise editorial control over all online content posted by CCTV Africa.
- Drive engagement and awareness of the channel online.
- Ensure the most engaging content is shared on digital platforms.
- Supervise digital editors, program editors, and video editors to maintain up-to-date Africa news and program information online.
- Act as a liaison between the Digital Media Department, the Newsroom, and correspondents/reporters.

Requirements:

Educational Background and Experience:
- Degree or Higher Diploma in Humanities or Social Sciences.
- At least 3 years' experience in News or Media organizations, creating digital content for African audiences.
- Familiarity with Social Media Analytics & Reporting Tools.
- Reporting background is a plus.

Skills/Qualifications:
- Exceptional English editing and concise writing skills for social media.
- Strong news judgment and planning abilities.
- Active presence on social media platforms.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Genuine enthusiasm for the online world.
