RESPONSIBILITIES

On-Site Support:1. Serve as the primary point of contactfor software-related issuesat the customer site.Conduct on-site visits to address user concerns and provide hands-on support. 2. RegularMonitoring of Software Systems: Perform routinemonitoring of software systems toensure optimal performance. Proactively identify potential issues and implement preventive measures. 3. IssueIdentification and Resolution: Respond promptlyto software incidents reported by users on-site. Investigate, diagnose, and resolve software issues to minimize impact on operations. 4. Updatesand Patches Implementation: Stay updated onsoftware releases, updates,and patches. Implement updates and patches to enhance system performance and security. 5. UserTraining and Technical Assistance: Provide on-sitetraining and technical assistance to users and staff members.Ensure users are proficient in utilizing software featuresto maximize efficiency. 6. Proactive System Optimization: Identify opportunities for system optimization and efficiency improvements. Implement proactive measures toprevent potential issues and enhance overallsystem performance. 7. Documentationand Reporting: Maintain detailed records ofon-site support activities, resolutions, and user interactions. Generate regular reportson software performance, issues,and resolutions.8. Collaborationand Communication: Collaborate with internal teams toaddress complex softwareissues. Communicate effectively with end-users and stakeholders to ensurea positive supportexperience.

REQUIRED SKILLS
