Job Purpose:


Reporting to the CEO, the overall purpose of this role is to plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of electronic security projects by coordinating resources, managing communication, mitigating risks, and maintaining project quality.

They act as a central point of contact for all project-related activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.


Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
Prepare project timelines and ensure the project is completed within the specific timeframe.
Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
Make sure that clients needs are met as projects evolve.
Attend site meetings and track the overall progress of the various projects.
Oversee material delivery to various sites.
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:
An engineering degree in either electronics / electrical and or mechanical.
Should have excellent AutoCAD skills.
A previous experience of working in electronic security solutions will be an added advantage.
Should have minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
