As a UI/UX Designer at I&M Bank, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging and seamless user experiences that align with our brand and business objectives.


Responsibilities:
Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications that enhance user experience and drive customer engagement.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and implement design solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
Ensure consistency and adherence to design guidelines and brand standards across all platforms.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in design, Computer Science, or related field.
5-9 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Zeplin or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Experience working with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
Portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX design projects.
