Responsibilities:
  • Oversee product receiving, storage, and distribution.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records with regular checks.
  • Implement efficient control measures to minimize discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with teams for timely deliveries and order fulfillment.
  • Develop and implement streamlined warehouse processes.
  • Optimize layout for maximum space utilization.
  • Monitor and enhance warehouse efficiency in picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Implement best practices to boost productivity and reduce costs.
  • Ensure product quality during storage and transportation.
  • Enforce safety protocols for a secure work environment.
  • Comply with regulations related to warehouse operations.
  • Generate reports on activities, inventory levels, and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of inventory, shipments, and receiving.
  • Provide management with reports on key performance indicators.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Schedule inspections and ensure safety compliance.
  • Coordinate with maintenance for prompt issue resolution.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/ Inventory Management, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a warehouse supervisor.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
  • Proficiency in warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Skilled in using ERP and warehouse management software.
  • Capability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best warehouse practices.
