Summary

The Sales Pre Qualification Associate plays a vital role in our team, handling both inbound and outbound customer communications. From directing customers to the right department to resolving issues and ensuring a positive customer experience, this role is crucial to our success at Peach.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead customer communications: Take charge of communicating with customers via phone, email, and text, supporting lead qualification, cold calling, surveys, and post-sales check-ins.

Result: Ensure timely and effective customer communication, no complaints, and a high number of qualified leads.

Collaborate with teams to enhance customer experience throughout the entire sales process. Assist in customer retention by proactively engaging with customers in the pipeline.

Result: Customers are satisfied with team communication, and CRM is well-managed.

Help analyze market trends and performance data to understand customer needs and improve support services.

Result: Daily capture of data, both quantitative and qualitative, to enhance customer support.

Conduct customer surveys to gather feedback and implement improvements.

Result: Regular calls to past customers, feedback implementation based on captured data.

Assist in tracking KPI metrics to drive data-informed business decisions aligned with customer needs. Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of customer experience/support role.
  • Prior telesales experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in interpreting customer experience data.
  • Familiarity with online customer engagement tools and platforms.
  • Strong skills in MS Office, CX, and CRM software.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
