JOB SUMMARY
Kenya I HRSS Specialist (Mombasa-Based)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities * Preparing and maintaining personnel related records, reports etc. * Preparing personnel-related documents (employment contracts etc.) * Work to ensure that all employees are properly assessed and confirmed upon completion of six month in service. * Maintenance of employee filling * Accurately collect and store employee data for payroll processing * Escalate all payroll related grievances directly report to HRSS lead. * Monitor and update employee attendance on real time. * Propose new developments on employee's attendance to various stakeholders for easy management and tracking of attendance. * In charge of collecting all payroll corrections/data from employee for payroll input e.g., HELB, Bank Account Changes etc. * Enroll new employee to medical cover, Life cover and WIBA from time to time. * In-charge of reviewing and addressing medical cover grievances as they come or reported to HR * Track and validate premiums invoices and seek approval for payment. * Ensure consistent update and maintenance of up-to-date employee data. * In charge of the managing employee leave records, updating and reporting * Ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of HR data * In charge of updating new joiners\'92 profile on the HRIS * Any other responsibility as assigned by the supervisor.Requirements * A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field. * Must possess relevant HR certification. * A member of IHRM * At least 2 years of experience in a similar field * Understanding of Kenya labor practices. * Very good knowledge of MS Office Applications. * Basic knowledge of payroll calculations
