ABOUT THE COMPANY
The Kenya Yearbook Editorial Board is a State Corporation under the Ministry of Information, Communications and Technology whose mandate is to enhance Government communications as well as produce publications that highlight developments in all sectors. KYEB's publications also promote awareness on the different initiatives by the country's stakeholders. Through a yearly publication called Kenya Yearbook, as well as other sector specific books, the Board aims to promote public awareness by ensuring that citizens and the international community understand and appreciate Government efforts in promoting development.
JOB SUMMARY
Person SpecificationsFor appointment to this grade an officer must have: -A minimum of twelve (12) years relevant work experience five (5) of which must have been in a management position in the public or private sector;Bachelor's Degree in Law from a recognized Institution;Master's Degree in any of the following disciplines: - Law, Business Administration/Management, Public Policy/Public Policy and Governance or Diplomacy/International Studies from a recognized Institution;Advocate of the High Court of Kenya;Member to the Law Society of Kenya;Hold current LSK practicing certificate;Member, Institute of Certified Public Secretary of Kenya (ICPSK) in good standing;Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Council of Legal Education;Professional qualification and membership to a professional body;Leadership course from a recognized institution;
