Manager, Card Management Systems at

Job Purpose:
- This position is for a subject matter expert (SME) specialized in card system applications, databases, and intermediary systems.
- Responsible for developing card systems, ensuring smooth integrations with other systems, and meeting user and customer expectations.
- Collaborates with vendors to upgrade systems, implement regulatory requirements, conduct testing, and introduce new products based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and test Card systems APIs and related services.
- Ensure systems configurations are in line with industry standards and regulations like PCI-DSS.
- Work closely with stakeholders to promptly resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.
- Provide 24/7 support for card system operations at the Bank and its subsidiaries.
- Offer L3 support for internal escalations and subsidiaries.
- Set up operations for financial institutions, networks, and device services.
- Ensure configurations meet IPS requirements and certification programs.
- Coordinate the provision of systems documents and architectures.
- Manage DR/BCP system failovers, operations, and service resumptions.
- Handle log rotations and archive transaction logs in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Implement automated schedules for charge settlements and payments.
- Test fixes, tools, and utilities for system integration and enhancements.
- Develop tools for data capture and reporting.
- Evaluate card system classifiers' performance and associated impacts.
- Maintain parameters for data conversions and encryptions.
- Support Card system DB and define new data elements in intermediary systems operations.
- Evaluate performance, investigate system root causes, and provide recommendations for solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to set up log rotation and monitor performance in Card systems.
- Manage card system changes and transitions for the Bank and Group entities.
- Implement and monitor approved audit recommendations for Card Systems.
- Develop procedures hosted in Card billing and payment systems.
Job Specifications:
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Professional Qualifications:
- ITIL or ISACA certification is preferred.
Work Experience Required:
- Several years of senior-level experience in a similar organization.

- Demonstrate high levels of integrity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technology and domain knowledge.
- Effective problem-solving and analytical abilities.
