ABOUT THE COMPANY

We have two shops in Two Rivers Shopping Mall in Nairobi. One is marketing menswear and other one is marketing home products.

JOB SUMMARY

Parisland is looking for an aggressive sales team leader who is passionate about the dynamic world of retail sales as well as one who is great at working with others. The person will be in charge of coaching and motivating the sales team, overseeing sales operations, and executing sales strategies that allow the company to continuously meet and smash its set sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will be responsible for:Delivering on your individual sales targets, goals, and assigned duties first and foremost.Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet organizational objectives.Monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.Setting individual sales targets with team members and monitoring their progress.Providing team members with regular feedback on their performance and progress.Developing and delivering sales training and coaching sessions.Ensuring all activities are managed as per assigned timings and Monitoring customer satisfaction and ensuring quality customer service is provided.Training and coaching new sales trainees.Resolving client complaints and providing answers to customer questions.Submitting weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to senior management.Overseeing in-store cleaning, organization, and product flows.Over-seeing all in-store product displays.Managing inventory, filling out paperwork, and other operational duties.Owning given projects and assigned store sectors that you will be working on day to day. The role is dynamic and we need someone open to trying new ideas to make things work.
