Expert for KIP Preparation: The consultant will guide national HFCs surveys and prepare the KIP project in Kenya, ensuring the submission of complex projects to ExCom-95.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide technical assistance during national HFC surveys and drafting of survey reports
* Draft the KIP project and review projects for compliance with ExCom guidelines/policies

**Requirements:**

* Advanced university degree in engineering or environmental science
* At least 5 years of experience in engineering, environmental science, or related field
* Knowledge of ozone depleting substances and Montreal Protocol activities

**Note:** This position is home-based, with direct supervision by the Montreal Protocol Regional Network Coordinator of Anglophone Network of Ozone Officers.
