About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager with a dotted reporting line to the Fleet Operations Manager, the Service Center Associates will oversee our Service Centers.

The main focus will be providing excellent customer service, driving sales conversion, managing stock, troubleshooting, and handling customer issues post-sale reported through the service centers.

Approximately half of the role involves sales, with additional responsibilities in supporting shop operations and general management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers consistently.
    • In-depth knowledge of all SunCulture products to address customer queries effectively.
    • Resolving customer complaints within defined SLAs.
    • Engaging with customers across various channels and providing timely responses to inquiries.
    • Analyzing trends to develop solutions that meet or exceed customer service needs, business goals, and objectives.
    • Ensuring adherence to operational standards at the service center.
  • Stock Management
    • Monitoring and managing stock levels at the service center through regular stock takes to ensure availability of required components.
  • Brand Promotion
    • Promoting the SunCulture brand by maintaining cleanliness and orderliness at the service center during operational hours.
  • Sales Support
    • Assisting with sales and after-sales requests from customers and team members.
    • Following up on customer issues until resolution following the stipulated aftersales escalation process.
  • After-Sales Service
    • Raising and tracking all after-sales issues via tickets and maintaining records of customer interactions and issues.
    • Providing feedback to customers regarding their queries and after-sales problems.
    • Troubleshooting and resolving non-technical after-sales issues and escalating unresolved issues to the product team.
    • Ensuring availability of spare parts and effective inventory management at the service center.
    • Generating reports on service center activities and stock levels.
  • Sales
    • Collaborating with the Regional Sales Manager to set clear sales KPIs, including daily sales targets, lead generation, sales call logs, and maintaining a 90% QA score.
    • Achieving sales targets as guided by the commission structure.
    • Generating leads and ensuring consistent follow-up to convert leads into sales.
    • Implementing sales tactics such as demos, market sourcing activities, and customer referral programs.

Requirements

  • A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration (Sales and Marketing) with Customer Service expertise preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Effective planning, inventory management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High emotional intelligence to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.
  • Passion for customer service, industry knowledge, and adaptability to current trends.
  • Independent thinker with proactive decision-making skills.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and experience in dynamic work environments.
  • Organized with expertise in time management at personal and team levels.
