Senior Program Manager

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Managers will directly manage, support their team(s) to develop, implement and deliver on complex pieces of work within their remit.

Work requirements and tasks will be guided by the department's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Manual which is reviewed periodically but will fall broadly in the following Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

Experience

A minimum of five years of software development program management experience.
Strong technical background with proficiency in technologies the software development and/or cloud.

Prior experience in project management or the related area for either a large account or multiple accounts across various geographies.

Offshore experience (should have managed a large enterprise accounts or multiple small and medium sized accounts) and
Graduate / Post Graduate degree with Computer science or related specialization.
PMP Certification or Program management certification is a plus.

Experience at customer site as onsite manager or any leadership initiatives assumed corporate level or at any Strategic Business Unit/vertical/functional level, with a proven success.

Fixed Price project management, with SLA based delivery.
Multi-vendor / SI Program management experience.
Well-versed with quality management processes.
