  • Gain a deep understanding of the bank's digital platforms by collaborating with vendors and the Technology team to define the platform roadmap, customizations, and change requests.
  • Analyze and document requirements for new products and services, including associated controls, customer journeys, and notifications stemming from new business or customer requests.
  • Support the Channels mobile banking platform upgrades and assist in the closure of audit issues.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders such as Technology, Risk, Customer Experience, and Operations team to ensure adherence to DFS product delivery standards.
  • Provide support to channels systems to ensure system health and address customer queries.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation of configuration changes on the platforms, including roles and permissions matrix of the platforms.
  • Offer deployment, configurations, and support for all digital channels systems.
