  • Manage all social media accounts effectively.
  • Create monthly concept notes and oversee content management.
  • Analyze monthly social listening reports.
  • Supervise and train community managers on social media responses.
  • Handle blog management on the website.
  • Prepare quarterly consolidated digital reports on page performance.
  • Organize and plan events for sales and marketing functions such as roadshows and supermarket launches.
  • Generate E-shots for various festivities.
  • Provide support for e-commerce accounts like Jumia, Sendy, Twiga, Cashback.
  • Manage Nextcloud file structure to ensure proper data organization.
  • Plan monthly BTL market storms for consumer engagements and feedback gathering.
  • Create artworks and plan promotional items distribution to different regions.
  • Reconcile monthly marketing expenses budget.
  • Handle CSR/PR responsibilities for the department.
  • Manage email inquiries and customer service, including product complaints.
  • Update and make changes to product packaging.
  • Execute and plan campaign activities for assigned categories.
  • Lead GT and MT activations in the designated categories.
  • Distribute promotional items to ensure T.O.M and conduct market testing for new products.
  • Assist in listing new products in modern trade.
  • Develop innovation strategies to enhance market share.
  • Conduct quarterly brand health checks based on received IPSOS data.
  • Prepare quarterly brand reports focusing on brand activities in GT, MT, and ATL.
  • Act as a custodian of brand books.
  • Monitor the general trade performance of assigned brands.
  • Drive New Product Development (NPD) initiatives from packaging inspiration to product launch through market research.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in the marketing field, with FMCG experience as a plus.
  • Demonstrated skills in 360 multi-channel campaign execution and monitoring.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing from an accredited university.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong sense of innovation, proactivity, and creativity.
