KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Analysis of Enterprise Specifics: Assist in identifying and analyzing the Bank's business drivers to meet enterprise business, information, technical, and solution architecture requirements.
  • Solution Design: Develop end-to-end solutions and architecture designs for assigned projects, ensuring alignment between stakeholders before implementation.
  • Requirements Documentation: Elicit business requirements through various methods like interviews, analysis, workshops, and process descriptions.
  • Collaboration Framework: Work with business experts to develop clear roadmaps for business solutions.
  • Technology Environment Analysis: Provide analysis to determine the best approach for addressing business challenges, including process improvements and IT systems enhancements.
  • Solution Development Control: Participate in solution development to ensure adherence to technical and business requirements.
  • Project Management Support: Provide architectural oversight of projects to ensure alignment with business strategies.
  • Business Capabilities Leverage: Utilize business capabilities to link business needs with technology and architecture efforts.
  • Strategic Initiatives Translation: Translate strategic initiatives into actionable change initiatives.
  • Deliverable Repository Maintenance: Create and maintain a repository for deliverables and methodologies.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate discussions and manage conflicts among diverse stakeholders.
  • Design Patterns Development: Develop and guide adoption of design patterns to standardize solution components.
  • Quality Assurance Support: Participate in planning and execution of performance testing and non-functional tests.
  • Capacity Management: Lead capacity management for current and future solutions.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES
  • 7+ years of progressive IT experience
  • Knowledge in multiple IT disciplines
  • Experience in Database management systems
  • Enterprise architecture framework experience
  • Exposure to various technologies, cloud computing, and containerization
  • Understanding of software delivery processes and methodologies
  • Exceptional interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of holistic enterprise architecture
  • Graphical modeling familiarity
  • Ability to balance long-term and short-term implications
  • Effective communication with management and experts
