Summary of Role:
Pathfinder International seeks a Senior Analyst to drive excellence, innovation, and best practices in sexual and reproductive health services for adolescents, youth, and other underserved populations. As part of the team, you will analyze data, manage risks, and ensure program improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Implementation: Develop and execute strategies to mitigate project risks and analyze data for decision-making.
- Risk Management: Contribute to developing risk management tools and innovate analytic solutions.
- Technical Assistance: Provide guidance on information management systems and maintain strong relationships with technical units.
- Reporting: Prepare reports, present key findings, and coordinate data management.
Requirements:
- Education and Work Experience: Bachelor's degree in IT, statistics, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in risk management or data analysis. Proficiency in Python, SPSS, Tableau, Power BI, and large dataset management.
- Preferred Competence: Experience with international donors, a Master's degree in a relevant field, and familiarity with information management systems and machine learning methods.

Technology to be Used: Cell phone, office phone, laptop, or desktop computer.
Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be required (10% or less).
