Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist sought to perform radiographic, fluoroscopic, and specialized procedures under the direction of a radiologist and Radiology Management at UC San Francisco.

About the Job

  • Perform a variety of radiographic, fluoroscopic, and specialized procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision.
  • Collaborate with department and multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care and department service.
  • Proficient in three diagnostic modalities: diagnostic radiology, diagnostic fluoroscopy, and one elective modality (Mammography, CT, or MRI).

Salary and Offer Components

  • Final salary and offer components subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.
  • Placement within the salary range dependent on work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF.
  • Salary range: $69.55 - $86.47 (Hourly Rate).

Requirements

  • 3 years of diagnostic experience and additional competency in either CT, MR, or Mammography.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years combined experience in healthcare industry.
  • Formal radiological technology training in an AMA-approved school.
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare-related field or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience with a minimum of 1 year in area of related field.

License/Certification

  • CRT Fluoroscopy Permit.
  • CRT Mammography for mammographers.
  • Radiology Technician Certification.
  • ARRT.
  • American Heart Association CPR/BLS.
