Rad Tech III- Mammographer

UC San Francisco seeks a skilled radiologic technologist to perform various procedures under the direction of a radiologist and Radiology Management. Key responsibilities include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring quality patient care, and adhering to departmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform radiographic, fluoroscopic, and specialized procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision.
• Collaborate with department and multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care and department service.
• Proficient in three diagnostic modalities, including diagnostic radiology, diagnostic fluoroscopy, and an elective modality such as Mammography, CT, or MRI.

Requirements:

• 3 years of diagnostic experience with additional competency in CT, MR, or Mammography.
• Minimum 3-5 years combined experience in the healthcare industry.
• Formal radiological technology training in an AMA-approved school.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a related field.

Certifications:

• CRF Fluoroscopy Permit
• CRF Mammography for mammographers
• Radiology Technician Certification
• ARRT
• American Heart Association CPR/BLS
