Responsibilities:

- Assist the QA lead in onboarding new staff
- Aid the QA lead in creating training materials
- Fill in for the QA lead when they are unavailable
- Take charge of the QA process to enhance customer experience and maintain brand values
- Monitor live calls through the dialer system to ensure adherence to best practices in collections
- Develop/update the standard QA form according to evolving negotiation requirements and collection-related changes
- Provide guidance to team members with poor negotiation or call handling skills
- Conduct simulated calls with new hires post-training to assess readiness for collections
- Regularly report to Management on overall call handling performance and identify team strengths and areas for improvement
- Develop negotiation training materials, ensuring regular updates and team training post-roll-out
- Offer structured feedback (verbal/written) to Team Leaders, Operations Manager, and recovery agents in a timely manner
- Prepare weekly and monthly QA reports for the teams
- Utilize Call Center tools (QA form, Tracker, etc.) to collect data and analyze quality-affecting trends or patterns
- Validate and address customer complaints related to collection calls
- Collaborate with partners' CS QA as needed for swift investigations
- Support the team in implementing strategies to enhance daily collections
- Audit agent feedback implementation to ensure full compliance
- Perform any other assigned duties as required

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year call center experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Excellent listening and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with a knack for detecting inconsistencies
- Capable of effectively interacting with individuals at all organizational levels
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Good prioritization and time management skills
- Diploma from a recognized college
