KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
To assist in coordinating between vessel and shore, suppliers, sub-contractors and maintain timely and cost-effective logistic arrangements
Make arrangements of spare parts, services, stores and Lube Oils
Issue purchase orders, process invoices and update related records and details
Support in monitoring vessel budget and preparing variance reports
Support SI for preparing vessel annual reports, docking reports and other reports as required
Monitor Certificate and class survey status, and circulate report
Dispatch and follow up of vessel mail and courier delivery for documents and certificates
Extract report for Fleet Monitor / Fleet Performance and circulate
Other support duties as required by Managers
Maintaining record for the quotation/price comparison and other correspondence
Maintain & update vendor's information / details
Support in preparation of reports

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Diploma, in Maritime studies
Experience in similar job scope and working in a shipping company
Able to communicate effectively and is a team player
