Administrative Assistant

Art's Variety Store is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and record data for all branches
  • Sort, file, and dispatch correspondence
  • Maintain an efficient filing system
  • Process appointments, letters, and other related duties in Human Resource Management
  • Compile financial and statistical records
  • Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices and checks
  • Prepare payment vouchers
  • Compile data and draft simple letters
  • Assist in office management and organization procedures
  • Monitor office supplies
  • Perform other office duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
  • High school and College diploma
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Professional level verbal and written communications skills
